Wooden Cow Coffee brings a full espresso setup to Chicago offices, agency spaces, conference floors, trade show booths, and client events. The cart works as morning hospitality, an afternoon reset, or a branded gathering point during the busiest stretch of your event.

Corporate coffee catering FAQ
Can you provide a COI for our office or venue?
Yes. We carry liability insurance and send a certificate of insurance before load-in when your building, venue, or event producer requires one. Send us the exact naming language and we will usually return it the same business day. We also complete building vendor packets and W-9 requests.
What power does the espresso cart need?
Two dedicated 20-amp 120V circuits within 25 feet of the service location, and our cords cover the distance. If you are unsure what your floor can supply, tell us early and we will work it out with the building before the date.
Can you add our logo to cups or signage?
Yes. We can quote cup stickers or printed cups, menu signs, cart-facing signage, and simple signature drinks for the event.
How many guests can you serve?
One barista sustains about 40 drinks an hour. A second barista on the same cart takes it to roughly 55 an hour combined, not double, because both share one machine and one grinder. In practice that covers a 200-person office morning or a conference booth with a steady line all day. If you need a thousand drinks an hour across a conference floor, you need a multi-cart team with drinks on tap, and we will tell you that on the phone instead of quoting you and hoping.
