Holiday party questions
How early should we book a December date?
By November 1 if you can. We book one event a day, so each December date goes to one party. If your date is taken, we tell you within 24 hours and refer you to a cart we know.
Can the cart come up to our office floor?
Usually, yes. Send the dock hours and freight elevator instructions, and we plan load-in around them. The cart needs 8 feet by 6 feet of level space and two dedicated 20-amp circuits within 25 feet.
How many people can you serve at a holiday party?
One barista pours about 40 drinks an hour, two about 55. Above 40 drinks an hour, a second barista joins. A 150-person party over three hours fits one cart with two baristas.
Can we name a drink for the party?
Yes. We print a drink named for your team or your year on the event menu, and we can put your logo on the cups and the cart.
